What you think of your self is more important than what others think of you.

About This Quote

What you think of yourself is more important than what others think of you. The fact that we look at ourselves through the eyes of our own pride and vanity makes us believe that we are special and unique. Our self-esteem usually only influences us to look at the world through our own lens. This makes us prone to making subjective judgments about those around us. If we come across as too confident or arrogant, we may be taken as someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about, but if we appear too humble or modest, we may be taken as someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
